Has anyone had problems with wet walls - water coming thought from the en-suite bathroom sink into the bedroom on the other side?
Just arrived in Spain a few days ago to complete our apartment, and found that one of the bedroom walls was completely wet through, it seemed to be coming from the sink on the other side, even though the en-suite was complitely dry.
The damp come though into the bedroom wall and made the bedcovers wet and started to get moldy? it seams strange because we have not used it since end of August? if anyone has had this experience could they contact me, also would this problem be covered under the builders guarantee? and how would one go getting compensation from the developer? thanks Helen
