I stayed in my apartment in Royal Lytham last week. The water treatment plant is still there. There is a good 'internet cafe' on the far right (nearest to Royal Lytham) which I used a few times, selling food, drinks, etc at good prices. Also there is a bar at the front of the shop. The other mini supermarket close to it was expensive - 4.95 euros for 1 litre of fruit juice and 2 pints of milk! Near to this is a lady & gents hairdressers, but rarely used. Hope this is helpful.
