I went there two weeks ago to check out the kitchens and some snagging issues but guess what the kitchen was bare. I have since received photographic evidence of kitchen units arriving on site and am told that all will be completed this month. Regarding the paperwork again I am told that it has all been submitted and should be agreed by the end of the month. I guess if you are an eternal optimist November could be possible otherwise who knows. I believe that the access from the bottom end by the lake/pond has now been agreed with the local council and they have started tidying up that area The new golf club house is good for lunch but don't forget to ask for discount (10%) as a resident..
