Hello Rhodesi, I'm off on Holiday next Wednesday for a couple of weeks. It's mainly on a price and fact finding expedition to get costs of furniture, removals etc. I will be staying in Quesada for the first 4 days and have a few things to sign at the Euromarina office. I'll have a look at Manuela and see what progress (if any) has been made. As I intend to reside I have been advised to have a gas hob and boiler if possible as electricity is expensive there and bottled gas is very cheap. The bottle would be stored in the out cupboard where boiler is fitted so a pipe would need to be run from there into kitchen. Euromarina seem to have a problem with that as it has to be their gas board that do the gas supply work and may interferre with their builders progress on my building. They would rather have the premises built as spec then I arrange removal (and loss) of the boiler and pay for new gas instalation and boiler to a third company, this would incurr moving kitchen cupboards etc. so should be an interesting meeting next Thursday. I'll let you know of the progress of No. 19
