Euribor Rates

I was contacted by someone in the office who left a message regarding a refund. Has anyone else been made an offer recently ? I would like to know details of any offers before I speak with them.  The last offer I had from them on another messed up purchase was to cost me €10K . That was befoe I engaged a solicitor who got me a better deal but also cost me €3k for their services. NeilCaraldo@Hotmail.com

I waited 3 years before being refunded the full deposit for 2 penthouses.I have waited another 2 years for the penthouse supplement of 3005 euros.Palmera sent me a post dated cheque (30th December)3 months ago,I received a phone call today asking me not to cash the cheque as there isnt enough funds in their bank account.She said they are now on holiday until 7th January and doesnt know when the money will be in their account.What a crap company and I will be amazed if I see the money!!
