I live in San Juan de los Terreros in a rented property until my new home is competed on phase 1 on CDP. Work is continuing at the present time and having spoken to Yolande in the Site office she has confirmed that work will continue through-out August.
Work on all phases is progressing well; the internal tiling in the kitchens and bathrooms on some of the properties on phase 1 has already been completed including the fitting of baths. The wiring carcase is also well under way. Hope this assists you.
