Understand Manilva Park development has been completed but does anyone know when it will be open for buisiness or how long it takes to obtain the various licences needed to allow it to operate as an hotel/apartments?

Rooms have been in use since before July, I have a house opposite and have seen people on balconies day and evening and even towels drying on the balcony walls.
