DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS SO AND POINT ME IN THE DIRECTION OF THE STATEMENT IN LAW OR THE BUILDING CODE PLEASE? 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know

Can´t say i´ve heard of that. Certainly all the developers i deal with don´t offer this as standard. Some provide one window grill while others may include them when negociating a deal. I´ll have a hunt around and see what i can find out anyway.
