Hi, how does one go about getting water and electricity connected to ones apartment, who to contact, what are the charges, both connection and standing charges, and how long does it take to get connected. Thanks in advance

Our lawyer setup the contracts as part of the package, installed within a week.  Install charges were:

water (socamex) 209.75e

electricity (iberdrola) 176.43e

Not sure about standing charges, not had any bills yet - must be quarterly.
