Hi

I need some help with a problem with my bathroom wall. I noticed that some of the tiles on the main wall appeared loose so assumed they weren't fixed properly and got a friend to look at re-fixing them. Anyway, he came back to say that the plasterboard wasn't fixed to the wall and it was in fact the board that was moving and not the tiles !!

Although he is getting me a quote to rectify the problem, I wondered if this is covered by either Polaris guarantee or the community insurance ?

Amy help or advise is greatly appreciated.

Regards

Phil & Debbie
