Building repairs

 I understand that the law case with regards to the building repairs was heard in June. Has any owner had any feedback or information on the subject?

Have looked at the forum you suggested. It looks good but mighty similar to the last suites forum.

I think that the administrator (who is obviously yourself) should declair his/her interest and identity as we will not know who it is that is vetting our communications and what motive they have to do so.

The forum on "eyeonspain" may not be as good but it is wholly indipendant from Duquesa Suites and has no personal interest therefore totally unbias to any posting and lets face it we only need to be able to talk and it does that very well. All we need is a reliable forum.

New Owners Forum that is solely for owners of Duquesa Suites is now live (this is to be managed by Mark Lennard who will be an Administrator and is an owner on the complex, who also originally started up the first Forum when the development was built). Just rerurned from the suites. Buildings looking good a bit of painting still in progress. Does anyone know what is happening to the air-con vents?
