I need another 9 proxy votes by tomorrow. Just been to the EGM and we voted to be able to take Legal action against RyF if they do not carry out repairs to the defects. If we don't get another 9 votes our vote will be overturned! It is in all owners best interests to get this vote through so that we have recourse if they don't do the repairs.
