Hi,

We purchased close by in Orihuela. What is wrong with La Campaneta. We very nearly purchased there. Only thing stopped us was there was no south facing apartments at the time we were ready to buy.

We have had major problems with the apartments and the builder does not seem interested in making good the problems ie leaking balconies, poor electricity wiring around the swimming pool area and we are led to believe that the design of the whole building was wrong so we are in the process of having an archietects report done with a view to taking the builder to court.  We are at the moment in contact with our solicitor who is hopefully going to help resolve the problem,
