THE COSTS OF ENGAGING THIS SOLICITOR  FOR FUTURE CONSULTATIONS/MEETINGS WILL BE ASCERTAINED AT THIS TIME. THE COST THEN DIVIDED BETWEEN COUPLES WILLING TO CONTRIBUTE.

How did the meeting go yesterday (monday 11th) was it good or bad news!!

And of course like many other owners we would be more than happy to help towards the cost.

The Meeting was well attended, and it was voted that the solicitors were engaged to arrange a meeting with the council and discuss what the situation is regards to Masa, what Masa are saying about SG and what they are trying to hand onto SG to complete. Unfortunally it was an outdoor meeting and it was difficult to control questioning. Laura translated as best she could, watching the Spanish residents they tended to be agreeing with what the solicitors were saying, but English being bolshy by nature tended to split into small groups and it was a noisy affair.

It may take a while before any answers are given (its Spain) so please dont expect an answer by next week! 

As soon as any info is available it will be passed on.
