Prosavi work very hard to please and make you happy before you buy but afterwards they care nothing at all about you or your property. I know people who buy from them in Condado de Sierra Blanca and are very unhappy. They have problems wityh leaking water in their apartments and failures of the heating systems. Even though they have been in their apartments for less than 1 year Prosavi are not interested in making right the problems. They say it is nothing to do with them and that the owners must pay to have the problems made right. Some owners now have to take legal action against Prosavi just to have the mistakes made right. This is very wrong and Prosavi should not be allowed to get away with this.
Look at the Message Bord for Condado de Sierra Blanca and you will see many problems with these promotors.
