Hi can anyone help,my lawyer informs me i can only insure apartment according to spanish law by sq meters which in my case would
be for 77000euro should apartment be destroyed etc, i paid 260,000 surely it leaves buyers and owners very open to a serious deficency etc, has anyone any suggestions, thanks
