Satellite dishes and Spanish Law

We are just about to sign a contract for a house in El pinar de Bedar and hoping there would be others around to share experiences with.

We are buying one of the Lavanda properties and going out on Friday to have another look and hopefully sign the contract.

We have just come back having signed our contract for No 12 Lavanda.  We are retiring and intend to live there.  At the moment it is still a mountain side so won't be ready until the end of 2008.  David retires at the end of 2008 and I retire 6 weeks later though I may go early!  We are going back in September to see how it is going . Yours will be neary finished!
