i have an upstairs appt on jardines and had a leak when we had the storm. spoke to carol who said quite a few had the same problem which comes from water on the terrace not being able to drain quickly enough so a large puddle forms then the water finds a gap in the middle column and seeps in. simple answer is to remove the drain cover if it rains heavily or raise it slightly to allow faster flow.. if you have a problem report it to polaris or the insurance admin dept on site who are logging all problems and are then going back to polaris witha full itinery. remeber you no longer need your own buildings insurance and they quoted me 65 euros for contents on a jardines 2 bed.
