Information Needed

An owner on my urbanisation tells me that the Sucina Golf and Country Club Urbanisation is run by the Town hall and all that the owners have responsibilty for is the Swimming Pool.

Is this fact or one of those rumours propagated to avoid joining an Urbanisation?

Not quite sure who is responsible for what. The situation at the moment is that the bins are being emptied and the streets are being cleaned. The swimming pool is only available to people who bought through a certain builder and the builder looks after the maintenance of this, although there is a charge of 200 euros per year. At the moment there are no community charges to pay, but I believe this is due to a dispute between two builders. There are a lot of unhappy residents who have been mis-sold and who are trying to sue the builder, whether this has anything to do with there not being a proper community set up I don´t know.
