We are planning a purchase!!!

Hello, we are Ian & Christine King and we are currently in the very early stages of purchasing an apartment in Costa Esuri and are looking for some feedback from our potential neighbours. Please be honest, be that good, bad or ugly!!

We have viewed  mixed reports and are keen for some feedback on your holiday/living experiences there. We have had the rosy estate agent speak, so look forward to some 'real' opionions and observations

The apartment (west facing) is in Las Encinas (Rago 1) your opinions on is position would be very much appreciated.

We also face west and the views are great but then we like a busy view and there is always something on the bridge or the river keep you bino's handy. Teedup has a topfloor apartment and we had a great barbie on the roof terrace at the end of June and the outlook over the golf course and marisma is really good. Reptonian also has a mid floor apartment facing west so if you pm them on the other thread they can give you the full SP.

Thanks for the info, I just hope it all gets sorted soon, I want to be out there for October half term with a bottle of vino and a BBQ, its sounds a really nice place and everyone seems helpful and friendly

We've only visited Costa Esuri and seen the Urbanización progress from the early stages because we have worked there.  We only have good reports about the lovely people there.

There were problems with the Property Developers a couple of years ago but we're sure you're fully aware of that and hopefully it's all ironed out now.
