Temporary Club House for Condado Oct 2010

I made an enquiry with Olagolf direct regarding Club House plans for Condado.  I asked if there were any plans for a permanent Club House and if so are there any architects plans available.  Here is the response I received.

Perhaps the question got lost in translation. Might be wrong but I think I heard that the course is leased to Olagolf for 15 years so hopefully, whoever builds the permanent Club House will stick to the original plan. I was looking at an old brochure showing the Club House and was reminded that it looks like it was planned to be approx 50yards in front of the Penthouses. It shows tennis courts and a large parking area between it and the existing round-a-bout.

Any chance you could forward the e-mail address you used for Olagolf to allow me to contact them regards another issue.

Olagolf have a 15 years lease on the course, they are supposed to build the permanent Club House.  Polaris have first option on taking course over after 15 years and purchasing the Club House.  Olagolf stated that the plans for the original Club House are too extravagant and they prefer a less expensive more traditional option.  That's all I know.  I cannot verify that this info is accurate as I have been fed so much dross from Polaris over the years.  Olagolf info would seem to be more reliable.

Here is the response from Olagolf regarding my enquiry as to when we can expect a permanent Club House structure at Condado.  This response seems to prove once again that the information I have received from Polaris is their usual misleading disinformation and total dross.
