 Could you explain the new bowed windows and kitchen that are suppose to be diffrent to  what we where shown.

I have seen some messages saying the build is diffrent. And that the kitdhens are alot bigger. Thanks for the

pictures you will be posting to us. Can,t wait to use the pool and go to the local  beach and look forward to meeting everyone and helping each other.

re the changes you shall have a copy in your contract of the layout,the difference is that our lounge window is basically now a wrap around giving us extra wall space  the showhouse lounge is 19.00 m2 and our layout is 21.87 m2, the kitchen in showhome is 5.35m2 and ours is 6.93 m2. And the kitchen has a sliding door on it and the window looks onto the garden. Bedroom 2 in showhome is 9.46m2 and our is 10.72m2, but the balcony is smaller ours is 6.50m2  were as the showhome is 7.75m2 Overall total size of the showhome is 75.23m2 and the new layout like ours is 92.32m2 ,hope this helps.look forward to the pool too and the beach at Los Alcazares is my favourite siting watching the calm man Menor with a Gin & Tonic GREAT !!!!!!!!!,

hi all ,they have made the window a corner window,because of the loss of the original side window,due to the new placement of the utility area.We are going out tomorrow for ten days,so will post new pics when we get back.weather out there not too good a the mo,having showery spells so im told,will be good to see how the sites coming on tho........cant wait.

If you gat a chance when you visit the site, please could you take some interior photos of the new style quads. The kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom and balcony if poss as I think these are the main rooms which have changed from the show house.
