ADVICE PLEASE

Hi:

Can anyone give me some advice on the options for completing on a property (2 bed GF apartment phase 3b)? I have seen the apartment which, on completion, will need to be finished off/furnished etc. I have spoken with Roda Rental Services and they have given an estimate on fully finishing off/furnishing etc to bring it up to their 'standard' ready to rent.

I am now looking at other possible options to achieve this, bearing in mind I will be unable to come over for much time myself due to work commitments in the UK. I need to look at ease (ie: leaving it to someone else to sort) against cost.

Also I am looking at whether if I go with the Roda Rental Services if anyone has experience of doing it this way and the benefits (or not) and other options?

Any advice would be welcome (PMs preferred)

hi.

we went with the roda package and were pleased with what we got.

i know it was a bit more expensive but it was easier and took all the shopping out of the way ;-)

it also gives the option of letting through roda, although we have not did this yet ourselves.

I can only comment on my own experience and comments from others, but I wouldnt personally use Roda. Better cheaper options elsewhere. Theres also no easy fix to renting. Unless you opt for a long term rent, you will only achieve success by doing it yourself.

We got all our Furniture in San Javier, and did pretty well.
