Hi is anyone having trouble with Quality Sol in this development. we have told them we are unable to complete and they are insisting we do and threatening to take legal action, can anyone help.

I am also in a position where I find difficulty closing on my agreed purchase in this development possibily we can share  experience as we look for a resolve

I think there seems to be a common thread here. This development is long over due and Quality Sol are taking no responsibility for this delay. They are taking a rather threatening attitude with any delays in our complition.

Has anyone else experienced  this?
