A word of warning regarding your washing machine. we tried our washing machine during the snagging with the rep from the company we bought off and it flooded the kitchen. the out pipe goes out of the wall into a 90 degree bend and naturally thrum water back. Damage was limited as we were there when it happend. We have changed the location of the machine next to the sink and there have been no problems since. Everyone we have met is friendly and helpfull and offer good advice, without being intrusive which is great.
Out again for xmas and can't wait
