Clover Estates SL are building the Peach Grove development at El Saltador in Huercal-Over.

Most of the plots have been sold, however there are a few still remaining if you are quick! (The photos on their website don't give the develpoment justice, I will try and upload some here)

El Saltador is just 5 minutes from the beautiful Spanish town of Huercal-Overa, which has all the facilities you would ever need including a large modern hospital. Market day is Monday and is usually packed with bargains, probably more than 100 stalls! (I must count them one day)

The development is well sign posted and is even signed on the motorway exit, which will mean your visitors won't get too lost.

There newly appoint Sales Manager is a nice enough guy, Steve Parkinson (0034 677 4587 92)

I have had dealing with the company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

There are 3 sites under development in El Saltador and they are all now progressing quite quickly, all by different builders

I am a bit biased as I will shortly have my winter home here...just putting the roof on and really 2 months late which I suppose is not bad for Spain!!....allowing for the summer holidays I suppose it will be ready by early September

It is a nice site..a hamlet in UK terms but close to the attractive town of Huercal Overa which also has an ourdoor  olympic pool and an indoor one about to open...infact every facility you want

When the new road is finished [ working on it now] San Juan de los Terreros and it's great beach will be circa 25 mins- AP7 is 5 mins and today it took me 1hr 30 mins to Mercia airport,[ AP7 Mu302 A30 Ap7] and toll road will be about 45 mins

Almeria is about 45 mins and Alicante 1hr 45 mins

I think it is very attractive and the prices are good also ..2 bed from circa 140.000 € although most of the buyers have opted for 3 bed units

I opted for here because of the value for money, great views and location and although not isolated it is still a Spanish environment

Most of the plots available are from 200 m2 up to circa 700 m2 but I deal with another local developer who builds in locations nearby where you can have plots of 1000 m2 up to 3000 m2 with a very attracive villa at a reasonable price built to your own specification

Well worth a look if you are wanting a new villa in Spain at a reasonable cost

Hi, i have been trying to find out about Peach Grove Developement in Heurcal-Overa, Almeria, El Saltador for quite some time now.  I was hoping that you might have come across this as you have purchased a villa on one of the developments in El Saltador ? I was wondering if the development completed in good time and if so any progress so far that you could possible update me with.

Many thanks, Amanda.
