No not yet as I have bought an apartment in the blocks near the medical centre and beach and they have only just started the build
Are you in the block at the inland end of the golf course or the block right in the middle opposite the unopend commercial centre?
I'm afraid that almost all properties everywhere not just Spain have fallen in value over the last 12 months but whether or not your apartment is now worth less than when you bought it will depend on the price you agreed to pay and how long ago
For example some of the first buyers at Polaris World Condado who are now moving in are finding that they are being valued a bit above the price they are paying, so it varies with location etc
When are you expecting your apartment to be ready? and will it be within the time limit of the contract?
This is a very nice development in I think a great location but being built in the worst recession since World War 2 and I'm sure that in the end it will do well
But any news you have on progress, good or bad would be welcome
