just wondering what phase 4 owners views are regarding the incentives offered by calidona , and indeed views on completion with phase 5 mothballed and no apparent sign of the hotel ie will we be asked to complete on the most expensive phase so far without the 5 star facalaties as promised and no apparent date when they will be in place . i myself am reluctant to commit to an unfinished project in the current economic conditions and whilst calidona are not responsible for the exchange rate they most definatly are responsible for the delays and hence the situation .
