Just got back from another site visit. Things are now desperate, Majestic have admitted that they have money problems, and despite all the promises that the Gardens will be done and that the snagging would be carried out prior to completion, nothing has happened.
Oh yes my apartment has no ceilling in the bathroom, damp over the walls, the wrong kitchen and the finishing is the worst i have ever seen.
Still was told that i must complete, or a bank may be about to seize the site and i would lose my deposit.
