My property is approaching a year late in that time the pound has gone from 1.41 to 1.19 against the euro and the spanish property market has collapsed> whilst frondoso is great the spanish resale sector is now full of superior properties at similar money.

I rode my motorcycle on my own on a borman/mcgreggor style trip via france through northern spain to frondoso this summer to see how my property was progressing at that point i came away optimistic of my investment, but since then nothing has progressed build wise and factor in the above its not looking so good for me.. anyone got any reassurance!

Yes, I would like to reassure you. (even though our place is 18 months behind)  As I have said in earlier posts we put down a deposit in May 2005 on the Viva Estates stand at the NEC, Birmingham and 3.5 years is a very long wait.  But, there has been a considerable amount of progress in the last 3 to 4 months and prior to that a serious amount of infrastructure work needed had to be carried out.  I am confident that phase M1 will be finished by the end of December and completions can commence in the new year and M2 is not far behind M1.  Yes there will always be properties at similar prices, especially during the present climate.  I am sure there are plenty of bargains to be had in the UK at this time also.  Frondoso Valley has a lot going for it as you are all aware and my wife and I cannot wait to get our keys early in the new year.  We are going over tomorrow just for three days to have a final look and to sort out various last minute details so I will be able to post the latest news from Frondoso Valley next weekend.

They've told me , delivery will be any time between december and january next year, and the local market continues buying on site, due to the exclusiveness of the area. so they are not going to reduce prices at all, which is good news for all of us, the gardens are well established now and most of the houses in phase m1 and m4 are finnished but awaiting final touches and documentation to be able to deliver.
