Yes OK! the title is a faceous but..............................
if the licence finally goes through, fingers crossed for December!! I am wondering if the developer is still actually going to build? Will they wait 'til Spring, or not build at all!!
Ask for your money back? You will only offered the actual money you paid (deposit) no Interest, which is extreamly disconserting because the money we have all in has definately accrued some interest somewhere!
Can anyone clarify this?
If, again, this licence goes through, 27 November, 15 December or whenever, I, for one, will be very suprised!!
