Thanks , we use a sip account over WIFI at present with a real phone so no pc needed ,rates of 0.008 to UK and spanish landlines after free minutes ,  need to find best mobile out rates from mobile phone when out and about , best from wifi phone found to uk mobile 0.02 pm
