Plans to get rid of All Saints bank holiday revealed

This could be the last 'All Saints' long weekend in Spain if the Council of Ministers, hoping to increase productivity in the Spanish economy, agree to get rid of this longstanding fiesta when they debate next year's official calendar later today.
