I suppose you've been to Santiago/San Pedro/Lo Pagan where there are so many restaurants l've lost count!
One of our local favourites is La Almazara in Santa Rosalia - do you know it?

If you exit Roda Golf from the main entrance, turn right and drive into Roda village. At the lights at Campbells turn left and head out into the countryside, past the petrol station on your right. Carry straight on at the first roundabout and keep driving for several kilometres, but keep looking for two signs on your right, one which says Santa Rosalia and the other La Almazara.

Santa Rosalia is a bit of a one-horse town but the restaurant is first class, and we always have at least one special night there every holiday to treat ourselves. Enjoy.

Thanks will give it a try when we are out next month do you need to book? Is it open for lunch or just evening meals

Not sure what the Easter opening times will be, but it always been open when we've visited. The menu del dia is excellent. Have a look at their website www.laalmazara.es
