Unicasa closes Manilva branch
Friday, May 30, 2008 @ 5:21 PM

I heard the other day that the large Spanish estate agency, Unicasa, has closed it's branch in Manilva.

Considering the focused mainly on the domestic market this really is a very bad sign if even the locals aren't buying.

Does anybody know of any other Unicasa branches that have closed recently?

Hi:

I work at Unicasa. Yes, we close our office in Manilva. But now, we are trying to grow up in internet market. We create a new website:

http://www.unicasa.es/microsites/pisos-baratos-malaga/

In this new website you can find only bargain properties on the costa del sol and Malaga. We think only cheap properties, in some cases with a discount of 20% of the area prices, can be sold.

At this moment, only a spanish version is available, but soon, we hope a english version.

Kind Regards
David Martin

Is your office in Pueblo Nuevo still open?

Hi Ian:

We close our office at Pueblo Nuevo too.

On the other hand, if we find a bargain property on the Pueblo Nuevo Area, we put in our website, but at this moment, only properties under 160000 euros are accepted.

Thanks
David Martin
