La Manga properties offered at 50% discount

Property company Atisreal is to auction off 86 apartments in La Manga del Mar Menor in Murcia starting with discounted prices of 50%.

Prices are starting at just under €50,000 and there are one and two bedroom apartments with sea views available.

I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures. We've been saying it for a while that if you spend some time looking around you can find some very well priced property available to buy. We just bought a house a couple of months ago, even with the state of the current market, just because we got an excellent price.

If anyone has any more information about these auctions please leave a comment, it would be interesting to know what happens and at what prices the properties are picked up at.
