How to easily beat the top holiday rentals portals in Google (Video)
Friday, November 5, 2010 @ 2:50 PM

I couldn't help sharing this with you today!  It's brilliant.

If you have a property in Spain that you rent out for holidays then you need to watch this video which I just recorded for you.

It shows how you can get your property to appear above the top holiday rentals portals in Google search results.

Nothing to buy or anything like that, just wanted to share this with you.

Watch the video now

Have a great weekend.

Excellent, Justin. And you present the information very clearly. I already had one of the Google Place pages but I had never really explored its use. Now I get its function much better!

Actually, what you are telling your clients is to spam Google as many of them aren't bonefid businesses. They are people who happen to have a property they own to rent. Google clearly states this is against their rules as you can see when checking their terms of service with regards to google places. Nice work Justine....

From Google terms regarding Places:

"Rental properties, such as vacation homes or vacant apartments, are not eligible for a listing on Google Places. Create a listing for the central office that processes the rentals, rather than the individual rental properties."

Thanks for the message but the video is only aimed at those who actually operate their rental as a business. In fact, I state that in the video itself.
