Halloween in Spain (video)
Friday, October 29, 2010 @ 11:53 AM

OK guys, please be gentle here!  I thought it would be interesting to try out some video blogging!  My little fingers get very tired tapping away on the keyboard all day long so I thought I'd record a video from my web cam instead!

When I do these they will be just one take, so if they come out crap it's because I'm recording directly in YouTube and can't edit them.  It's the only way to do this quickly.

Anyway, I thought I'd kick this off with a video about Halloween in Spain.

If you're interested, have a read of this Halloween in Spain article we published back in 2008.

Have a great time, Justin & Susan with your little girls. We're just back in the UK & the shops are FULL of Halloween stuff. We were in our local £1 shop yesterday & you could hardly move for families buying Halloween things. Amazing what they had for only £1 too.
I'm watching TV & kids are making green jelly & they're dressed as witches & spooky characters. Little 3 yr olds with green painted faces, so cute!

Good clip, Justin. BTW, huesos = bones, not fingers. Trick or Treat could be Truco o Regalo (the latter doesn't xlate well). And yes, Halloween in American has gone from TorT, to toilet-papering-someone's-house/trees, to poisoning kids' candies(sweets), to (the latest) National-Dress-Like-A-Slut Day. Oh, well, have a good one! 'Looking forward to Spain in Feb 2011, -- Ron

Oops, my mistake. Huesos is bones! Don't know why I said fingers.
