the problems at this development which no one can seem to sort out. bank gaurentee means nothing .

Does anyone know what is going on at this development at this moment. Has anyone gone to court and won and got there money back without the bank appealing.

Why not join the message board on EOS for your development? There are lots of people posting there and I am sure you will get more replies and information there than by using the Blog pages.

Please record a message on the Nueva Ribera Off plan forum development section of Eye On Spain and I will reply to your message and inform you of the situation I know to date and what my personal plans are to date. The more people who can communicate their issues so far the better regarding this shambles of a development.
