This affects residents too, as they cannot have the allowances until they have lived in the region for 5 years.
What will happen? Will the authorities remove the time limit, or will non residents not be allowed the allowances until they too have owned a property in the region for 5 years.
Otherwise, they are discrimininating against the residents, too.
Get rid of these regional allowances, replace it with one generous state allowance for all alike.and soon!
