golf in spain

Golf! Can anyone give feedback on golf courses in Spain, Cost and value for money. Local Knowledge is often better than listening to the Pro in the shop. Thanks

To start things off, three pals and myself played at Hacienda del Alamo, great course and facilities @ 35euros each incuding buggy and insurance

Interesting comment as I have not played HdA since last year and I was told that they had reduced number of groundstaff and course was not in good condition.

Owner on Roda which is still good value and in good nick but may give HdA another go.

Was deal through clubhouse or agent?

Played HDA last week course in tip top condition.In my opinion best in Spain.New management have reduced all fees.Just pay in clubhouse 22 euros after 2pm.Academy course has top coach to European Tour from 12 euros.

that's interesting. I Had great expectations for campoamor what with the price. Sadly tho the greens let the course down. Could only give this course a 4 out of 10.

We own a holiday home near the beach on the Costa Blanca, its nice to have the beach close by but its also good to be close to some great golf courses, some are expensive whilst others are good value for money. I'd like to know about the better ones and share the information
