Been living in Spain for over 10 years and not so long ago I swapped smoking 20 a day for 20 miles a day on my new road bike, initially as a way to get fit again after 20 years of tobacco intoxication. Very shortly I discovered the pleasures of cycling and was hooked. Now, more often than not those 20 miles in a day turn into 60…and with time maybe more...
