25% less. House prices. Spain
Saturday, August 23, 2008 @ 10:54 AM

The man on the throne is the " Buyer", as you can read, it says in Spanish " Comprador" which means "buyer".
Today, in the paper edition of " El economista", two journalists of that paper haggle with Estate companies and get important discounts of 25% of the price.

Disheartening to think that some people have houses far less that the price that they paid. I think that you have to view a purchase as being for the long term - unless of course, there's a pressing reason to sell. I can read Spanish, but whether in Spanish or English the current prognosis looks grim.
