Congratulations Maria, what a great start to the year. Would you know how many of these cases paid their deposit themselves into the bank account named on their contract and how many paid their deposit to an estate agent who deposited either theirs or several clients deposits into a general account with these banks?

The fact that accounts were paid into a general account by the agent, does not affect your rights in these claims

Does that mean they Did pay into the named account on their contract? Or are you saying that the agents paid into a general account and the Judge still ruled in their favour?

Yes, payments by agents into a General account does not exclude the Bank´s liability--- connected to vigilance obligation of the Bank
