Thank you Maria.
I noticed this "The bank said on Wednesday that it was aware of lawsuit claims totaling €819 million euros. Bankia said it had adequate provisions for legal liabilities, having set aside €1.84 billion. "

I wonder how much Spanish Banks in general have made provision for, for legal liabilities associated with the Bank Guarantee abuses?

Are claimants at risk of Banks not having made sufficient provision for return of monies etc, in this ongoing scenario?
