Can you highlight a bit more detail re this case??? Were the properties ever built, was it lack of BG's etc. for the claim against the bank???

Properties were finished very late as there were planning problems.

We acted against both developer and Bank.

There is a General Bank Guarantee issued by Banco Popular in that development.
