We are convinced , as the Association of Property Registrars is too, that all banks will be proactively modifying the floor limits very soon. Registrars estimate that between 80% and 90% of mortgages in Spain have such clauses.
So far, as you know, BBVA and Cajamar have already announced the proactively supression of the same on their mortgage contracts.
We bare offering a no charge service for all EOS members for intial revision of mortgage deeds with very reduced prices for cases where we need to approach the Bank for supression.
