Provision 13. Right to housing aids of foreigners in Spain

Resident foreigners have right to access the public system of housing aids under same conditions of Spanish nationals.

How? Please could you give advice on where and how to claim this?
My mother has lived in Palma de Mallorca for 5 yrs now and is no longer working.
She has been told she is no longer entitled to any more benefits. She was getting unemployment benefit for a while after her work finished, but has been told she cannot receive anything more.

Any institution giving aids o nationals for housing needs to provide same for foreigners. Check out in Local Council, Diputación and Region where your mother lives.
