water bill

Hi can onyone help,we have a property on camposol,nr mazarron,it seems that the water company do not like to be payed ,since we bought the property in Jan.they have taken only 1 payment from our account, can anyone tell me when they take there money the one and only payment was in march,do they take there money evey1/2 or 3 months.
Please can anyone tell me.
