Zero Degrees and Paths Covered with Ice
Wednesday, February 10, 2010 @ 10:34 PM

This morning ice covered the paths and roads of the area where I live. The temperature today has changed from zero degrees to lower. At this very moment it is zero degrees and there's a chance it will rain tonight. Tomorrow we have a chance of snow and Friday and Saturday we have a chance of rain.

In Playa Flamenca the current temperature is eleven degrees and it's clear. It will be partly sunny in Playa Flamenca until Saturday where there is a chance of rain.

Tell me about it. A few days ago I went onto our rear veranda in my slippers. I went to go down the steps and went base over apex on the icy steps. How I didn't injure myself was just down to providence I suspect but I hit the floor like a sack of spuds. We live in Calasparra.

And I've just cleared my roof terrace of 5 inches of snow, we're in the mountains near Velez Rubio and the whole area is white. Looks fabulous and I'm off out for a walk with the dogs now.

Hi there Sunrise
I just want to say 'thanks' for your Spanish phrases...
Ideal for a refresher...We paid a deposit on an apartment in December 2007 and finally completed it the week before Christmas! We are flying out tomorrow to see it for the first time since completion and are SO excited! It is on the Porto Fino complex in Almerimar, Almeria. Is there anybody out there reading this also living/or has purchased in Almerimar?
it would be great to 'meet the neighbours'...
